Refund and Return Policy:

All products purchased from LSR, Inc. are shipped and securely packaged to guarantee their safety in transit. In the unlikely event that an item becomes damaged in shipping, or if an item is defective* upon receipt, we will gladly replace that item with the same product at no additional charge to the customer. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. This enables us to provide our customers with the lowest prices possible ongoing.

To exchange a damaged or defective product, please send an email to: info@tomleu.com and include your name, address, and zip code used in the original order, the product purchased, the date of purchase as well as a description of the problem. *A defective item is any item that is unusable in it's present condition. Minor cosmetic blemishes are not considered defective and returnable.
